1. All Live Rush™ members must be full-time high school, college and university students between the ages of 13 and 29.


2. Live Rush™ tickets go on sale starting at 10:00 am on the day before the performance until 6:00 pm on the day of the performance online at www.nac-cna.ca or in person at the NAC Box Office. Although Live Rush™ tickets must be purchased between 10:00 a.m. on the day before the performance until 6:00 p.m. on the day of the performance tickets purchased online may be picked up at the NAC Box Office any time until the curtain rises. *Opera Lyra Ottawa tickets are $15 and are available from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the day of the performance with some seating restrictions.


3. Every time you purchase or pick up Live Rush™ tickets, you will be required to present proof of age, full-time Student ID or equivalent (bus pass, ISIC card, etc.). Live Rush™ tickets cannot be released to a non-member.


4. Live Rush™ members may purchase a maximum of two Live Rush™ tickets per performance. One ticket must be used by the Live Rush™ member, the second ticket may be used by a guest (whether a student or not) when accompanied by a Live Rush™ member.


5. Only seats still available at 10 a.m. on the day before the performance until 6:00 p.m. on the day of the performance can be sold to Live Rush™ members. If a performance sells out, no Live Rush™ tickets will be available. (See Other Student Discounts)


6. Ticketmaster and the National Arts Centre reserve the right to refuse a Live Rush™ ticket sale.
